Job description

We are looking for an experienced senior scrum master developer who thrives on challenges in large and complex projects. You understand the consultancy industry and possess the necessary skills to advise our clients on the best path to success. You are a team player with a proactive attitude and ready to take responsibility for a project while coaching and guiding less experienced developers. Are you ready for the challenge?

  • You have plenty of relevant experience. Quality cannot solely be expressed in years; you are an expert in your field.
  • You dream JavaScript. React, Angular, or Vue are some of your key assets. You enjoy participating in the creation of design systems and implementing component libraries while delivering beautiful interfaces. You know how to choose the best tech stack while ensuring a pleasant and efficient user experience. Lastly, you embrace greenfield projects and are ready to take the lead!
  • You fit perfectly into our culture.
  • Good communication skills. Our clients expect you to be able to explain what, how, and when; you are the expert.
  • Consulting experience is always welcome but not required. As long as you know how to advise and guide the client through their challenges.

Salary

A very handsome salary. You receive 70% of the revenue you generate.

Contract

Intake

A brief phone call to get to know each other.

First converstation

In a video call, we look forward to getting to know you better and hearing about your desires, ambitions, what you're looking for in a job/employer, and anything else you'd like to share. We'll also share more about ourselves and provide detailed explanations of what we're looking for.

Second conversation

Before we decide to work together, we would like to meet you in person. We will meet at our office, where we will have an informal conversation. This can take place in the office or during a walk outside.

Offer
