Fair Pay at Koodin means that every consultant receives an equal, transparent compensation. You know in advance how your salary is structured, without negotiation or exceptions.

Since the start of Koodin, we have made no secret of Fair Pay. We believe it is important that everyone is paid fairly. It is not without reason that it is one of our six core values.

This is nice for our consultants. According to the most recent figures, the average gross annual salary of a senior frontend developer in the Netherlands is around €60,000, and that is significantly below what you receive in your account every month at Koodin.
