We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to work on complex, business-critical applications. You move smoothly between frontend and backend. You contribute ideas on architecture and development standards. You feel responsible for the quality and stability of the solution in production. You have at least seven years of experience as a developer and know how to apply that knowledge in a customer-oriented role.

This is what you are going to do
Our consultants are deployed on large, complex projects at various leading organizations. You will work in a team with other senior professionals, from cloud and platform to process and agile. You will have direct contact with the client and clearly explain technical choices.
You will work on digital transformations and solutions that make an impact. Each project offers new challenges, collaboration, and growth opportunities. In addition, there is room to explore and apply AI-driven solutions.

Core competencies
Experience and level: you have at least seven years of experience as a developer, work at a higher professional education (HBO) level, and have completed at least three assignments, of which one was for longer than a year.
Frontend: you build with React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You are familiar with modern tooling such as bundlers, linters, and test frameworks, and with state management like Redux or Zustand.
Backend: you develop with Java 11 or higher and frameworks like Spring Boot, including Core, MVC, and Security.
API development: you build REST APIs and think about design and versioning. Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
Architecture: you work with microservices or modular monolith architectures and understand the trade-offs between them.
Databases and performance: you work with SQL and NoSQL and optimize where necessary through caching and query optimization.
Cloud and containers: you have basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and work with Docker. Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
CI/CD and production: you set up pipelines and keep applications running in production with monitoring and logging.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
