Agile is your second nature: Whether it is Scrum, Kanban, or another Agile methodology, you know how to seamlessly apply and adapt it to the specific needs of the team and organization.
Strong communication skills: You can effectively communicate with all stakeholders, from team members to executives, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. You know how to create a positive, productive work environment.
Leadership in complex environments: You have experience leading multiple teams and know how to bring structure to a dynamic environment while keeping goals and team dynamics in balance.

The intake is a short 30-minute video call to get to know each other. We look forward to hearing about your wishes and ambitions, and what you are looking for in a job and employer. And everything else you want to share. We will tell you more about ourselves and explain what we are looking for.
The technical assessment
During the technical assessment, we delve deeper into your technical talent for the position you are applying for. As a designer, it may be about design systems and AI, and as a developer, we ask you to code together with one of our developers. You do not need to prepare for this.
Meeting in person
Before we decide to work together, we would like to meet you in person. We will meet at our office, where we will have an informal conversation about you, about the culture of Koodin, and we will explain in more detail how things are organized with us.
The offer
When both of us have a good feeling about a collaboration, we will make you an offer. If you have any questions afterwards about your contract or other Koodin-related topics, we will schedule a video call to answer your questions. After that, we will be very happy to welcome you to our team.
