Our consultants make a difference every day for our clients. We believe that a strong Scrum Master is indispensable for inspiring teams, promoting collaboration and continuously improving. You ensure a smooth Scrum process and bring out the best in people and organizations.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a senior Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience, who knows how to motivate and guide teams to a higher level. You are a connector and have a keen eye for group dynamics. You know the Scrum methodology inside and out, enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams, and know how to turn resistance into opportunities. You communicate well in both Dutch and English and preferably hold a PSM II or similar certificate. You ensure that teams can work independently and in a results-driven way.

Our consultants work on a wide range of projects at various organizations. These projects vary in scope, complexity and sector. Each project brings unique challenges and opportunities, allowing us to gain new insights time and again and further expand our knowledge.
