Working from home is fine. But besides the fact that your client also has preferences about this, we also like to see you in the office. As long as there is a healthy balance, it's all okay.

Temporarily working remotely (for example, from a sunny island in the winter) is perfectly fine, provided that this is discussed and agreed upon with the client. However, the premise is that we all live and work in the Netherlands.

Koodin is responsible for sales. But since everyone is better off being at work, it's wise to also look around in your own network. Because opportunities usually arise from 'warm' relationships.

Working part-time is, of course, not a problem. However, we also need to consider the preferences of our valued clients. From our experience, it appears increasingly challenging to find assignments for less than four days per week. If we can arrange this, we can temporarily adjust your contract. If this is not possible, a contract of 32 hours per week with Koodin is the minimum.

No, when you join Koodin, you enjoy all the benefits of a permanent contract. We simply pay more than a traditional consultancy company. Curious how? Calculate your salary with our calculator earlier on this page.

No, we don't do that. The full amount for the lease is paid from your 70%, which can easily amount to €15-20k annually. Instead of giving this money to a leasing company, we prefer to pay it as a bonus. It's as simple as that.
