We always sell 'yes'

Many salespeople have this motto, stemming from performance drive, the desire to score, fear of failure, and whatever other reason. We do this just a little differently. To change, sales will always be pushed to step a bit out of the comfort zone, but we find it super important to always sell quality.

An example is that we would love to start selling our own projects alongside secondment, projects where we can place a whole team of seniors and where we can deliver results very quickly. Because in this case, 1+1=3.

However, the current situation is that we still find ourselves too small. Because to execute a project well, without too much dependence on one client, we need more consultants. So, the full focus of sales is on the secondment of our top-level senior consultants. And with great pride, we present that we are currently working on:

- Multiple MACH & whitelabel projects
- Design systems implementations
- Client migration project
- Intranet implementation
- Digital transformation

And all of this by always remaining honest about what we are good at. Isn’t transparency and honesty just great!
