One of our people is Noni. Since 2023, she has been an important link in our team. As a recruiter, Noni uses her experience and intuition to connect the right people to Koodin. She knows how to ask the right questions at the right moment and discuss the right topics.

We are open to everything. That means everyone can ask any question. Being critical is okay. We find it perfectly normal to know what we earn from each other. We call it transparency. Noni calls it balance. “That works very calming: there’s nothing hidden, and there are no hidden agendas.”

Noni makes time for the people in our team. She is happy to give her colleagues a platform. By being in contact with the team, she knows what’s going on. She can be a sounding board when needed. “The grass is greener where you water it. I believe that attention for each other leads to individual growth.”
