The story of Koodin begins with the desire for honesty and equality. And it starts with Dennis.

At the absolute core of our company is the individual. So we also pay attention to the work-life balance, with a slight emphasis on private life. How often do you see fun 'Friday afternoon drinks' and 'ping pong competitions' happening outside of work hours? “That camaraderie with the team is also very important to us, but then within work hours. Work and private life need to be in balance. So we also take home life into account. Makes sense.”

Being a senior at Koodin goes beyond just hard skills. Communication skills, a safe work culture, the courage to be vulnerable, and radiating joy are important. “The difference between a senior and a senior who excels is in self-reliance and proactivity. Delivering quality before the client asks for it—that makes the difference.”

At Koodin, we assess whether a project truly suits us. And if it doesn’t fit, you will hear that from us too. “That transparency is sacred to us. It certainly happens that we do not accept projects because they are not fun or challenging enough, resulting in us not being able to deliver maximum value. Then we are simply not the right partner for them.”
